Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with BrandKity for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

The 14-day refund guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any paid BrandKity plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency). The refund window begins on the date your payment is processed.

  • Refunds are available for the first billing period only.
  • Renewal charges after the initial period are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law.
  • Add-on charges (e.g., additional workspaces or custom-domain seats) follow the same 14-day window from their purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase:

  • Subject line: Refund Request – [your registered email]
  • Include your order or payment reference number if available.

We typically process refund requests within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day window from the original purchase date.
  • Renewal charges on existing subscriptions (unless legally required).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial-month usage after a plan downgrade or cancellation.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must explicitly request a refund within the 14-day eligibility window.

5. Free Plan

The BrandKity Free plan does not involve charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

6. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws applicable to Webriy (the company behind BrandKity), registered at 202-10212 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3B6, Canada. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.
