Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. BrandKity offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first purchases of paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@brandkity.com within 14 days of your payment and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How many kits can I create on the Free plan?

The Free plan supports up to 3 brand kits per workspace. You can edit, publish, and share each kit with your clients.

Can I protect a BrandKit with password or email OTP?

Yes. In kit settings you can switch access mode between public, password protected, or email OTP access.

Can clients download files from my BrandKit?

Yes. Downloads can be enabled or disabled per kit, so you can control whether files are view-only or downloadable.

Can I add custom fonts?

Yes. BrandKity supports Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts embed URLs, uploaded files, and system fonts in typography blocks.

Can I switch templates after publishing?

Yes. You can change templates any time and republish. Your existing content and block data remain intact.
